Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.

Organoleptic Profile: Dark red color with purple shades. Aromas of red fruits and sweet flowers (violets) combined with those of caramel, chocolate and coffee. Rich mouthfeel with velvety but persistent tannins which contribute to a long-lasting aftertaste.
